These are Factory seconds, but the cases are new and in great shape. The only thing is that the mouthpiece compartment is not cut deep enough to fit in the slot. So the mouthpiece must be kept in the large compartment. This is not really a big deal and not really a problem and the large compartment is large and it includes a Sax Neck Bag which will set in the bell of the horn.
